Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi there, I would like to pass on my thanks to Elaine McGarrity in the retentions team, my account was cancelled (rather than temporarily extended) via the online chat. Although Elaine was unable to offer me a good enough deal to retain my custom (after 14 years being a sky customer) she was extremely friendly, super helpful and professional. Thanks
