I just rang to get an engineer out to fix my Grandmothers sky+ hq box. Maria (the lady who took my call) impressed me with how helpful she was and asked me to complete a customer survey which I agreed to happily. I haven't received one though, perhaps I should have stayed on the line? Anyway, I would give her 10/10, she was a great help and got it all sorted out very promptly with no bother.
