I want to record my thanks to Adam who attended my flat in NW London on 19th February to replace signal cable damaged during Storm Eunice. Although it was a lengthy procedure performed in unpleasant weather conditions Adam displayed the highest customer service skills, with scrupulous attention to COVID precautions whilst showing excellent technical skills.
