I would like to send in great feedback to one of your engineers Josh. He came out to us on 7th March and was so friendly, knowledgable, efficient and kind. He put shoe covers on to enter the house and was extremely polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and was straight to the point. Sadly the storm in Feb had pulled our telephone pole down outside and he knew straight away it was a OpenReach fault on the line. He replaced our socket for a new one as he saw it needed updating. He then proceeded to book a BT OpenReach appointment for us for the very next morning! Everything is now sorted and we are back online.
