Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

My sky box was stuck on standby when I returned for a week away this afternoon. It had also lost broadband connection. After following online prompts and being unable to fix the problem I called sky. 
I spoke to Manesh who very patiently took time to investigate and guide me through the process and  got my sky up and running again. What an asset Manesh is to Sky. Thanks again!
