I had the pleasure of chatting to Jamie at customer services who was an absolute delight. He was able to address all my concerns over recent issues with my account and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. He was very knowledgeable and was able to put me at ease and restored my faith in customer service. He was patient enough to check carefully that I wasn't being scammed with recent events and even manged to upgrade my package while saving me money every month! Thank you so much, Jamie, you're a gent.
