When my Sky TV failed Christine was most helpful and very patient in helping me to resolve the problem., a credit to SKY
Unfortunately, it turned out be a failed SKY Q. mini box. Most unfortunate because this is my prime TV. I was shocked that it will be 10 days before an engineer can call.
I asked for a rebate for loss of service for such a long time. Chris said that she was only authorised to give me £5, which is totally unacceptable given that I am paying circa £70/month. If this post does not result in a more realistic offer I will escalate the issue.
