broadband issues

ive been getting drop outs on and off daily for weeks .. im aware sky are having issues but this is getting annoying and i need a stable connection for work

Mines exactly the same, keeps dropping out multiple times a day! Following in the hopes someone replies a solution before I ring sky for help!

Your noise margins are off the charts and you need to be ringing sky. 

 

Look at mine below, that's what a good VDSL (Superfast) line should look like, G.Fast (Ultrafast will be similar but higher connection speeds). But look at the noise margin. The higher the noise margin, the worse the signal and the more dropouts you're going to get because the exchange will have more difficulty obtaining a stable signal. Your noise margins are above 20dB! I'm surprised you can even get a connection, never mind a stable one...

 

This is an Openreach issue and needs to be reported to sky

On the phone to sky the don't care.   Just go through **bleep** trouble shooting . The lines never changed
