Applied for Sky Full fibre 500 unsure of wether we are eligble

My mum has signed us up for Sky full fiber 500 as it became avaiable on the app. Im worried that we will not be able to have this package as we do not have a fiber cable installed and when we have tried to sign up for virgin in the past the engineers said we cannot have it. Our current sky package i believe is connected by a phone line would they possibly install a fiber cable using this method?

It will be installed overhead and a hoist/cherrypicker is requiref

@unclejoey should be straightforward but we do hear of snags but modt installs are simple.
