Upgrading from superfast to full fibre package

I currently have superfast 80 package and I am still in contract with this, but I recently had a fibre line installed at my address and am looking into upgrading to a full fibre package.

Im just wondering about pricing, would I pay my current broadband subscription plus the charge for fibre on top? Or would the new fibre price replace the monthly cost?

Thanks in advance.

The new price replaces the old price and is not additional

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Upgrading from superfast to full fibre package

The new price would replace the existing contract price.  The issue here is that Sky will charge you £43.00 / month for 300 mb compared to the £28.00/month they're offering to new customers.  I was amazed tbh when the agent informed me of this.  Sky just guaranteed that I'll leave them the moment my contract expires.

@VivsterBB2 you will find pretty much every ISP offers discounts to new customers which last for a fixed period but before moving check the cost for a 2 year contract rembering almost all increaee prices mid contract.

Re: Upgrading from superfast to full fibre package

Maybe thats true but I've never come accros such a huge gap between existing customers and new customers pricing..  Valued customer statements are patently worthless.
