Broadband issue
An engineer from open reach had been around and said yes fixed the problem but my speed is still only 5mbs.
he said sky had to do something to remove the temp limit on speed after fix. (Which would take an hour). It's been 4 hours.
please help my broadband is still not working.

Openreaach themselves reset the noise margin and rely on automatic dlm to find the optimal speed. Could you post your router stats

I had the same issue only a few weeks ago after a engineer came out. My line took about 14 to 16 hours to go back to its normal speed. I would say wait 24-48 hours and if its not fixed after 48 hours contact Sky again.
