New hub
Change my sky package and getting sky max router say be here 7 days. But on my. Sky app saying awaiting Dispatch what this mean having Internet out on the 9th of April does that make a difference?

It means what it says in that it has not been dispatched yet but should be with you soon, perhaps within a week if it says it will be with you within 7 days.
