I am a new user and have spent 4 hours trying to install. I have installed on my Windows 7 PC and it works. I cannot install on my XP Pro laptop. If I do the usual it tests and fails the configuration saying 'failed to get the wireless settings'.
If I copy the PC configuration settings onto a USB flash drive and create a profile in XP it still doesn't function after a restart.
Can anyone advise. Is there a chat or email helpline as I am deaf and cannot use the phone?

When I went back to the laptop after resetting I was logged in on SKY!
Thanks for the help. I suspect that I had misread the password when doing it on the laptop and typed in a 1 when it was an i. My eyes aren't that good and when they hide what you are typing without an option to show it it is easily done:)

BTW XP is well out of date now and needs to be updated.
