I am unable to access netflix, it is saying there is no internet when the internet is fine. I have turned the tv off at the wall and back on and i have gone through the checks on the website.

Sounds like your TV has lost connection to your router.
If you are using an ethernet cable, make sure the cable is still connected correctly to your TV.
If you are using wifi, go to your TV menu network settings to check it's still showing as connected.
