Go ahead place the order. To be honest i don't know what questions the letting agent is awaiting answers on 👍

I agree the fibre is ready outside the door, but not inside the property. I don't know how much drilling works and installation works require inside the property. That's why I'm awaiting for landlord's approval for the installation works as they keep asking the questions like that.
Go back to my question. If Sky can still offer superfast broadband for the new property, why do they not offer the superfast broadband package, which is the same package I'm using now? I understand I have to switch fibre if the copper wire has been completely removed in the new property, but the copper still exists.
Anyway, thank you for your reply @cookiemonsteruk @TimmyBGood. I was frustrated as different Sky staff told me different stories and after doing my search via BT Broadband Availability Checker.

@cookiemonsteruk Thanks for your reply and the photo. TBH, I have no idea how they take the fibre cable into the property, especially for the apartment in the UK. Do they take the fibre via a telephone conduit or by drilling a hole from the outside? In my previous country, it is very common to take the fibre via a telephone conduit without any wall drilling works....

Once mdu shows that makes it impossible to tell and purely academic as that work is completed. I know ours was done via 30-40 metres of underground conduit only because i saw them so i would guess the same for your building. After thati lost track of what wires went where until i ordered full fibre and then it was just the drilling from the dropbox and tacking the fibre round 2 or 3 90 degree angles and securing the ont to the wall.
