Hi
I have some smart plugs and bulbs that have been working fine for a couple of years. My pet sitter somehow unsynced one of my bulbs when i was on holiday in the summer, and now it won't connect, and neither will a new smart plug. But the existing ones work fine.
I've tried the 2.4ghz/5g splitting etc and that makes no difference.
Any clues?

Find out more@ElleTee if it isn't simply an issue with your sitter controlling the bulb by its switch its difficult to advise without knowing the system you have. However its often the best plan is to reset each unit back to its factory settings and set them up again from scratch.
