INTERNET HAS CRASHED

MY internet has crashed  24 times in 6 hours

@marsh12 if your broadband is losing connection as frequently as that(ie internet light on the hub goes amber) you have a fault which needs to be reported. Quickest way is to run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection but is best run on the Sky connection if that is connected. The test will tell you if there is a known issue. It also will offer to book an engineer to check the line if it finds a fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call their lines open from 7am and report the issue.

What do you need to book an engineer for? If your Broadband is currently down as the thread is titled, have you tried the advice already provided to the OP?

Is your Broadband down totally or intermittently like the original poster is seeing? What have you tried? Apart from apparently being 'unhelpful' what did Sky say?
