I have been using Sky broadband since May. We made an agreement with an energy supplier in November and I had to cancel Sky because they also provide internet service. On the 21st of last month, my subscription was terminated and I paid the last bill. But I see that I still have invoices for December and January. I think the invoice in January is the cancellation fee. However, December appears to be a normal bill. Why do I have to pay for the internet that I haven't used for a month?
Thank you.

The charge levied for cancelling with a year remaining on a minimum term would be reasonably significant: something like £200 - £250 on current broadband products.
