So I booked my home move on the 19th September readt for the move in day on the 1st November and it states id recieve an SMS/WhatsApp to conform. It's now the Move in day and I have recieved nothing so I have checked the order tracking and the order has vanished so im now without any Internet and I seem unable to find a number to contact Sky about it.

Find out moreThere are delays in installations and repairs due to recent industrial action by the Communication Workers Union which includes Openreach staff. This might be the reason for the apparent delay for your home move. Give Sky a call when they open later.
