after message "link to your account with 6 digit code" I login on my phone and message " oops something went wrong call us" appear on screen. I called them but there is no help.
also seen one discussion here advicing chat but nothing appear on my screen as chat head.
please help me.
my broadband was installed today and guy told me I can set the TV up by myself...

Please make sure you login to www.sky.com first with the correct details then press the link below

No success even using incognito screen. I called them but the guy followed me with the same instructions as on TV. Nothing else and told me to call after 24 hrs. I am sure gonna be the same after 24hr

Unfortunately, if the same message appears, then you'll need to call Sky.
When you next call tell them that it's already been 24hrs.
