Does anybody know how to record the second part of this programme?

The first part records but not the second. If I watch the second part live and press "watch from the start" it goes back to the start of the first part.

Apparently not.

Today it's " you need to upgrade to watch this channel" when I press "watch from the beginning".

Useful exchange but no  answer yet. Maybe tomorrow when they've tried to replicate the problem.
