My puck saying wait till program to load

My puck day wait for program to load then nothing happens

Hi @dawnslack12345678 

 

Try a reboot in the first instsnce. However if this continues to happen you will need to check that your puck is getting the minimum required speeds set out by Sky of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

 

You can check this by opening netflix> go to left menu and down to get help > connectivity > connection check.

 

You can reboot you puck by going to settings > system management> resets & updates > reboot
