I have been a customer service manager for an established internet retailer for a number of years and I cannot remember a better example of service from either Sky or anyone else. Thank you so much to Emma Robertson from the Hood team. I’m over 37 weeks pregnant and contacted sky via the app after stressing over my broadband signal dropping which meant my boyfriend couldn’t work from home. Thanks to Emma’s help, my issue appears to of been resolved. Emma was continuously so upbeat, friendly and helpful when I was stressing over over the issue and it was such a lovely gesture to send flowers the following day. This really brightened my day 😊 💐.

I called earlier this week and spoke to John- he was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he give a great service, but it was like speaking to an old friend. Could have spoken for hours! I have been with Sky for over 20yrs - my first SKY Box had 16 Channels (large white dish) and was epic - Watched a few Wrestlemanias too which were not Box Office. I have always had a positive experience with Sky customer service - always helpful and polite. Installations faultless, replacement equipment made easy too. Very happy.

Hi, I just got off the phone today 12th July 2019 at 14.40 to one of the most helpful & friendly people i have spoken to in a long time. The ladys name was Karen, she was so personable and chatty and helped me get my bill down to an affordable price which will really make a difference to me, I work in customer servcie myself and know how important it is to have people like Karen on the team and that sometimes they dont get the praise they deserve as its easier to complain than say thank you She made my day, please pass on my thanks to Karen and she deserves to be called out for her outstanding customer servcie and friendly manner. Good Afternoon Sky, I would like to pass on my thanks to one of the members from the Fareham/ Gosport team in Hampshire. Today I had issues with the HD part of my sky box. When the engineer phone to say she would be round, I was met with a totally professional, courteous and polite young lady. She went above and beyond all that was required of her to ensure I had a picture. I congratulate the Manager of SIAN EDWARDS for producing such an excellent, well rounded professional at such an early stage in her obviously rising career. Please pass on my thanks to her. Just want to say a HUGE Thank You to Ester in your Dublin service centre..Never ever have I had the pleasure of trying to disconnect only to do a full 360 because it was brilliant to know I was being listened to and dealt with by someone that actually cared enough to go above and beyond to help me .. I would like to say thank you to. Louise Pender and she’s a Service Excellence Consultant, Customer Support – Sky Guest List Team, BskyB Customer Operations. I have been in contact with the sky with regards to our problem at Southbank Tower Flat and I have not given a proper answer/explanation on what is happening why the sky is not working properly. After a few attempts to get someone to help, I finally came across this lovely lady called Louise and didn’t let me down, she keep me posted through phone calls and email regularly on how to fix our sky problems., very helpful, cheerful and kind too. Emma was awesome, 22/6/19 at 12:35pm I would like you to pass on thanks, high praise and recognition to Emma who was unbelievably helpful and fast acting on an issue I called with today. I explained I was calling from overseas and that the three previous unresoved calls to Sky were costing me a fortune, she was amazingly quick off the mark resolving my issue, leaving me stunned quite honestly. I am mid relocation back to the UK, Emma is the most on the ball, proactive and helpful person I have come across, amid all that an international move requires. The local council definitely need training and guidance from Emma. Its also worth pointing out it is really not easy to find a way to complement and leave feedback, but so many ways to easily access compmlaints procedure which is a shame. Please resolve this. Ryan needs to be promoted!! I rang into your customer service department this evening after previously raising a complaint that had been raised and then closed by the previous agent I had spoken to who was most unhelpful. I called in to chase my complaint after 3 weeks with no response and got through to Ryan. He was able to help me with my original query which would have prevented me raising a complaint in the first instance. Ryan explained everything I needed to know and reassured me that he would do everything he could to help and he did! I was dreading calling in and speaking to someone that was as unhelpful as the last agent that I spoke to but after speaking to Ryan I am reassured that there are agents that are actually willing to treat us like loyal customers!! I would love this feedback to be given to Ryan and he should definitely be utilised in a customer relations role! I didn’t catch his surname but if it helps, I called in on the 11/06 at 18:20

I just set up Sky for my new flat and the customer advisor could not be more helpful. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name. Best customer service i have received. So understanding to my needs. Thank you to Darren who installed my Sky Q couple of week ago. Such a nice man, easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. There was a slight problem with getting a Sky Q mini subscription at the cheaper price which resulted in a call to the contact centre. But we got there in the end. Been having Broadband problems for many years - all intermittant and until today unresolved. Spoke to Lyle in CS last Friday who arranged for an Open Reach engineer to call today. He went over and above to find the fault - even climbing the telegraph pole opposite our house to find a faulty connection at the top of the pole. So far so good. Hopefully this is now fixed for good.

Would just like to say thanks to John Mcllelan customer service agent in Derry Ireland. He gave excellent service and got everything set up for me really nice to talk to. Also gave advice as I live in a flat with a communal dish. Called the company who are going to do the installation and local engineer popped round within the hour to check sockets inside property and checked the dish as this flat was still connected to old system. Would like to pass on my thanks to the two customer support people (they mentioned they were in Livingstone) I spoke to yesterday about adding Sky Broadband Boost/buddy and moving to the new Sky Fibre Superfast from Sky Fibre max. Got through on phone straight away. They were both very polite, friendly and helpful and did exactly what I wanted. Was extra pleased, as being a long term ViP customer I got Broadband boost for free and my fibre cost ended up less than I am paying now, so joy.

I spoke with one of your team in Northern Ireland last night, I didn't catch his name but it was around 6pm and it was regarding my broadband not working. I just wanted to write in and say this is the first time i've had a great call experience with SKY. He was so helpful and very chatty which was great - so many SKY employees sound like robots and like their just reading from a script so it was great to feel like i was talking to an actual person. He also made me aware of SKY mobile which previously i thought would never be an option for me but he told me all of the perks of it and when the time is right I will definitely be trying out SKY mobile. I received a visit from David first and Daniel (or Dan) after today and they were both extremely helpful in organising to swap jobs to get my problem sorted. When Dan came he was so helpful and I really appreciated him talking me through what the problem was and how he is going to fix it. He was so talkative and a real asset to sky. He left with the problem solved and explained to me where the fault is so I know for the future if it happens again. Cannot fault either of the men and Thanks again guys.

Just in case I dont receive a feedback questionnaire, I want to thank Paul for all his help today. Having put up with a poor internet speed for a while now and being told by my son in law to sort it, I finally gave in and called this monring as I couldnt access some of my programmes. Whilst I dont know yet whether his solution will resolve it fully, Paul was very knoweldgable and supported me to choose the most appropriate package (and not the most expensive!) that will hopefully sort out my issues once I get my new router and broadband. He has also given me some other tips of things to try whilst I am waiting for the new router and switchover! I havent always had the best service and support from Sky and in the past havent changed provider as I am very lazy over this type of thing, but from the call today I have joined the loyalty scheme, know some additional tricks to try and get the broadband working better and am moving to fibre optic with no additional charge and a cheaper bill each month. I would like to thank the engineer who came to install our Q Box on Saturday. I had just moved in my new flat the day before, and my new TV had still not arrived when he came. Although the Sky customer helpline agent had told me the day before that it would not be a problem, the Sky technician (whose name I could not catch) was not able to set up my box but was very nice and came back later that day once my new TV had arrived. I really appreciated his conversation and that he was not condescending with me at all despite arriving in a TV-less apartment. Please if you can trace back to who this person was, and transmit my great feedback to his manager, it would be fantastic.

Hi, A few years ago I tried to come back to Sky but the installer aborted the visit citing the conservatory being an issue. Fast forward to today where I tried again and whilst I expected the same issue with the conservatory the installer found an alternative option which still allowed me to carry out the install and not only that was very helpful, polite and courteous. Even going as far as addressing me as sir. A job well done. Unfortunately I never caught his name. Can someone look up my account and ensure my thanks and appreciation is passed on?

I would like to have my feedback passed on to Teresa at your Udington retention department/call centre, she dealt with my call on 28/04/19 at around 2.15pm. I promised to give feedback on the call but have a feeling I needed to stay on the line rather than receive a follow up email. Terese provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. She engaged in conversation outside of Sky matters making me feel like I was talking to and being treated like a human being and not simply a number or account. She secured me a great deal and I would like for Teresa to be congratulated on her excellent customer service 10/10!

Hi just wanted to say thanks to the two engineers that installed my sky, left the house spotless no damage went above and beyond what they had to do. Also surprised at the job bt done replaced all the wording outside to make sure I had the best speed. There was a few hiccups but all sorted and nothing to do with them. Very happy customer also the agent in Livingston I spoke to she was a good laugh

I didn’t receive a feedback survey after my phonecall but I had excellent service and wanted to say thank you again. Curt from what I assume was the Glasgow branch dealt with my problem this evening (17/4/19) at 8:10pm and he was very polite, professional, and explained everything well. Cannot fault his customer service, he made what can be a stressful situation very easy so thank you again!
