Just want to say a HUGE Thank You to Ester in your Dublin service centre..Never ever have I had the pleasure of trying to disconnect only to do a full 360 because it was brilliant to know  I was being listened to and dealt with by someone that actually cared enough to go above and beyond to help me .. I definitely can't commend this girl enough...... so much so I was hoping a survey email might come through to me so I may actually Thank Her and show my appreciation... no sign of the mail .. but just had to search and came across this forum, so hoping you can pass on my gratitude.... She is a total credit to the sky team and brightened my day no end .... So Thanks Again Ester for the info and the lols 😁😁, hope you get to read this mail 

Ohh and a pay rise for keeping another customer πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
