Would just like to say thanks to John Mcllelan customer service agent in Derry Ireland.
He gave excellent service and got everything set up for me really nice to talk to. Also gave advice as I live in a flat with a communal dish. Called the company who are going to do the installation and local engineer popped round within the hour to check sockets inside property and checked the dish as this flat was still connected to old system. All now ready just waiting for card reader to arrive text engineer and he will be round same day.
