I just want to thank a gentleman I spoke to this evening - his name is Declan and he works in cancellations.
I have been a customer service manager for an established internet retailer for a number of years and I cannot remember a better example of service from either Sky or anyone else.
An absolute credit to your company and stopped a certain cancellation and turned this into a secured customer for a number of years.
