Hi
i didn’t have a chance to do the official feedback but I really wanted to let you know how wonderful our customer services representative was this evening.
She was called Jenny (a Scottish lady) and she was brilliant. Did everything she could do to get us deals and discounts and really explained everything well. She was so lovely and I am sad that I didn’t get to give her the official feedback so I really hope she gets it here.
