I would like to thank the engineer who came to install our Q Box on Saturday. I had just moved in my new flat the day before, and my new TV had still not arrived when he came. Although the Sky customer helpline agent had told me the day before that it would not be a problem, the Sky technician (whose name I could not catch) was not able to set up my box but was very nice and came back later that day once my new TV had arrived. I really appreciated his conversation and that he was not condescending with me at all despite arriving in a TV-less apartment. Please if you can trace back to who this person was, and transmit my great feedback to his manager, it would be fantastic.
