I would like to say thank you to. Louise Pender and she’s a  Service Excellence Consultant, Customer Support – Sky Guest List Team, BskyB Customer Operations. I have been in contact with the sky with regards to our problem at Southbank Tower Flat and I have not given a proper answer/explanation on what is happening why the sky is not working properly. After a few attempts to get someone to help, I finally came across this lovely lady called Louise and didn’t let me down, she keep me posted through phone calls and email regularly  on how to fix our sky problems., very helpful, cheerful and kind too. Louise is a lady that has the full knowledge of customer service. Well done Louise and God bless👏🏻👍🏻🙏🏻💐
