I phoned yesterday evening around 7 to cancel my tv account but wanted to keep the phone and broadband. The lady I talked to was so helpful and easy to talk to. I had beeen thinking about cancelling everything but now will stay as she made me feel like a valued customer I can’t thank her enough.
