I would like you to pass on thanks, high praise and recognition to Emma who was unbelievably helpful and fast acting on an issue I called with today.

I explained I was calling from overseas and that the three previous unresoved calls to Sky were costing me a fortune,  she was amazingly quick off the mark resolving my issue, leaving me stunned quite honestly.  

I am mid relocation back to the UK, Emma is the most on the ball, proactive and helpful person I have come across, amid all that an international move requires.

The local council definitely need training and guidance from Emma. 

 

Its also worth pointing out it is really not easy to find a way to complement and leave feedback, but so many ways to easily access compmlaints procedure which is a shame. Please resolve this.
