Good Afternoon Sky,
I would like to pass on my thanks to one of the members from the Fareham/ Gosport team in Hampshire. Today I had issues with the HD part of my sky box. When the engineer phone to say she would be round, I was met with a totally professional, courteous and polite young lady. She went above and beyond all that was required of her to ensure I had a picture. I congratulate the Manager of SIAN EDWARDS for producing such an excellent, well rounded professional at such an early stage in her obviously rising career. Please pass on my thanks to her. As a Health and Safety Manager myself, her Safe System of Work and correct PPE worn at all times was a credit to her.
