I just set up Sky for my new flat and the customer advisor could not be more helpful. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name. Best customer service i have received. So understanding to my needs. Explained everything clearly and even when his system went down, there was no stress. He called me back within 10 minutes to sort everything else out. Delighted with this service and delighted with the deal i got. Thank you so much.
