I would like to have my feedback passed on to Teresa at your Udington retention department/call centre, she dealt with my call on 28/04/19 at around 2.15pm. I promised to give feedback on the call but have a feeling I needed to stay on the line rather than receive a follow up email. Terese provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. She engaged in conversation outside of Sky matters making me feel like I was talking to and being treated like a human being and not simply a number or account. She secured me a great deal and I would like for Teresa to be congratulated on her excellent customer service 10/10!
