Been having Broadband problems for many years - all intermittant and until today unresolved. Spoke to Lyle in CS last Friday who arranged for an Open Reach engineer to call today. He went over and above to find the fault - even climbing the telegraph pole opposite our house to find a faulty connection at the top of the pole. So far so good. Hopefully this is now fixed for good.
