Ryan needs to be promoted!!

 

I rang into your customer service department this evening after previously raising a complaint that had been raised and then closed by the previous agent I had spoken to who was most unhelpful. 

 

I called in to chase my complaint after 3 weeks with no response and got through to Ryan. He was able to help me with my original query which would have prevented me raising a complaint in the first instance. Ryan explained everything I needed to know and reassured me that he would do everything he could to help and he did! 

 

I was dreading calling in and speaking to someone that was as unhelpful as the last agent that I spoke to but after speaking to Ryan I am reassured that there are agents that are actually willing to treat us like loyal customers!! 

 

I would love this feedback to be given to Ryan and he should definitely be utilised in a customer relations role! I didn’t catch his surname but if it helps, I called in on the 11/06 at 18:20
