I just got off the phone today 12th July 2019 at 14.40 to one of the most helpful & friendly people i have spoken to in a long time. The ladys name was Karen, she was so personable and chatty and helped me get my bill down to an affordable price which will really make a difference to me,
I work in customer servcie myself and know how important it is to have people like Karen on the team and that sometimes they dont get the praise they deserve as its easier to complain than say thank you
She made my day, please pass on my thanks to Karen and she deserves to be called out for her outstanding customer servcie and friendly manner.
