I’m over 37 weeks pregnant and contacted sky via the app after stressing over my broadband signal dropping which meant my boyfriend couldn’t work from home. Thanks to Emma’s help, my issue appears to of been resolved.
Emma was continuously so upbeat, friendly and helpful when I was stressing over over the issue and it was such a lovely gesture to send flowers the following day. This really brightened my day 😊 💐.
