Just a deserved note to highlight the services rendered today while installing our Sky Q box, etc.
The expertise, efficiency, good humour and obvious skill sets on display were second to none. Rob and Bethan were frontline reps for Sky.com who deserved the highest compliments and praise for their
patience, understanding and demonstrations in helping us pensioners (technophobes!) to operate
our exciting new Sky installations.
Well done you two, you operate way above your pay grade,
