Just in case I dont receive a feedback questionnaire, I want to thank Paul for all his help today.

Having put up with a poor internet speed for a while now and being told by my son in law to sort it, I finally gave in and called this monring as I couldnt access some of my programmes.

Whilst I dont know yet whether his solution will resolve it fully, Paul was very knoweldgable and supported me to choose the most appropriate package (and not the most expensive!) that will hopefully sort out my issues once I get my new router and broadband.

He has also given me some other tips of things to try whilst I am waiting for the new router and switchover!

I havent always had the best service and support from Sky and in the past havent changed provider as I am very lazy over this type of thing, but from the call today I have joined the loyalty scheme, know some additional tricks to try and get the broadband working better and am moving to fibre optic with no additional charge and a cheaper bill each month.
