Would like to pass on my thanks to the two customer support people (they mentioned they were in Livingstone) I spoke to yesterday about adding Sky Broadband Boost/buddy and moving to the new Sky Fibre Superfast from Sky Fibre max.
Got through on phone straight away.
They were both very polite, friendly and helpful and did exactly what I wanted.
Was extra pleased, as being a long term ViP customer I got Broadband boost for free and my fibre cost ended up less than I am paying now, so joy.
