Wifi Green Feathers bird box camera

I have a Green Feathers Bird Box camera, which worked perfectly well on my old EE network.  Since I have changed to sky I am unable to connect the camera even though the network is there.  The camera is functioning correctly and runs on 2.4 GHz.  I have been into the sky hub and changed to just 2.4 and this doesnt work either.  I am reasonably IT savy but feel this is getting into danger realms.  Pleae can somebody help?

Is the signal strength enough in the location of the Bird Box?

Yes but EE's router is different to Skys so they will provide a different signal pattern. Have you taken your mobile to the location of the bird the box and seen what kind of signal strength you get?

@Highpeakhonda

So you've split the WiFi bands on the Sky hub so you can see both 2.4ghz & 5ghz on your mobile?
Then you've connected your mobile to the 2.4ghz signal and attempted to setup the bird box? What kind of error message do you get?
