@Fat+JimmyYou are not atalking to Sky, we are just customers like yourself. If you are looking for updates on the complaint that you have with Sky it might be best to give them a call and ask why they are doing this and not calling you back.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Sky complaints

I was hoping someone from sky would look at this forum - after all this is where they send you if you try to follow up on a complaint.  They did actually call me after I re-opened the complaint a second time but they seemed more concerned that my TV was out of contract than my complaint about  not getting broadband working on the switchover date  or anytime thereafter!

Sky do monitor the forum, but have no easy way of identifying who you are. Is your broadband issue resolved?

@Fat+Jimmy  Sky Staff here have no direct access to your accout or complaint, moreover they could not identify you by your forum login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Perhaps if you told us what the problem is we may be able to offer some suggestions?

Re: Sky complaints

@Fat+Jimmy I've had exactly the same experience twice, they say they'll phone at a particular time - the phone rings, I reply, there's no response, the line goes quiet, - I then receive a message from sky saying I've missed a call from them! I've been on the phone for 4 hours cos I've been posted a faulty Q box which I exchanged for my old Q box - however there's an issue with the tracking system of the boxes so I haven't been sent a new one. I am having to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to come to the house, I'll have had no sky TV for 4 weeks and 3 days but have not been offered compensation - the 'missed' call was to offer me compensation. Funnily enough I've had no text from Sky offering me the opportunity to review the service and the phone calls. I would not recommend Sky the operatives, poor things,  have to work from a script, have probably attended courses on customer service,  and probably waiting for pay day and have no interest in customers other than to offer deals and keep them, the 'are you having a nice day' is quite nauseating now having heard it over an over again.
