Hi All,
I get an email every month saying "Your latest Sky bill is now available to view at sky.com/bill."
But when I log it there's nothing there,just this screen
I log in with the same account that the email is sent to.
Some issue with my account not linked or something?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I was speaking to someone on a chat bubble yesterday but it's disappeared today?

Just look out for the colourful bubble to start the conversation. If you do not respond, the chat does get closed at the end of the day as our ROI team have different working patterns to the UK team.

Hi all,
I still haven't got any response on the chat bubble.
Last time the chat was opened at 11am I think,was told I would be transferred to Sky ROI chat and that was the last response I got for the day?
