DD Mandate

Hi, I am looking for the UMR which is the unique DD mandate number but this can only be found on a Direct Debit Mandate which I don't seem to have. I can see the contract in my account area but I can't find any account reference. When I Googled it it states you can see in on your bank transactions in view details but my sky subscription doesn't have this option on my bank transaction. Any advice? Thanks

If you can't view it on your electronic bank statement (if you click on the transaction you may get additional details) you'll have to call Sky Ireland.
