I have recently left sky and have been requested by EE to forward a fully itemised final bill so they can my exit fees from sky. They will not accept the bill I have sent them which shows the early termination fee as 'debit adjustment'. Is there another way to obtain a copy of my final bill with more information on other than what I can download from the website?

I've read a couple of posts on here after posting mine with exactly the same issue with EE as me. It would appear it's a problem with EE and the 'debit adjustment' on my sky bill is the same as everyone else's that's also been rejected by EE. I wouldn't have bothered changing if I'd known it would be this much of a carry on to get them to accept the final bill.
