Hi,
I am looking for a bill/statement from spring 2024 that seems to be missing. Is there any other way for me to find it? I had a look through my bank statement and that month was paid yet no statement.

So what month is missing and do you have the month prior to after it ?

Hi,
March. I have 11 out of the 12 statements for the year. March is the only one missing for some reason.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
