Seriously concerned...two days for me...I need my phone for working as a nurse...not good enough, yet alone family contact with my daughter doing her Sats...appalling & I will be asking for compensation...what are you going to do to compensate Sky!!!

I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday morning, I just spoke to someone from sky and he told me to do this..
Go into settings > mobile data > sim applications > roaming (select abroad and go back out, wait a few minutes and go back in and change it to home. Then turn data off wait a minute, turn it back on.
It worked for me, I can now make calls.

It would be nice to know what sky are doing about it? I have put three complaints in still heard nothing. If it wasn't for this community page I would not have an update but this is not the point...... the way sky are treating the customers at present in relation to this issue ill be surprised if anyone takes a upgrade.....
