One day I was ordered the iPhone 16 pro and my friend also with my email address and same account details. Now both the installments will be cut from my account but I don't want to pay his installments from my account. How can I change his account details from my account to his account?

If he has had it less than 31 days he can return it then order one on his account. More than 31 days then it can't be returned and your account will be charged.
