Mobile data

Hi there, I've been having problems with my mobile data for the last 2 days. It's not working at all and saying that it is not possible to use it. Has this happened with anyone else? I have followed all the information on the my sky app but nothing has worked. 
So far I have tried turning my phone on and all cleaning my SIM card and checking my phone settings but nothing changed. 
I am a apple user with sky and other that I know of are android they had to same problem but it was easily fixed for them but I still cannot fix mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
